The Barefoot Benny Boot Camp will make you sweat, ache, and gasp for breath...and that's just the warm up. This outdoor group exercise class constantly changes and adapts to the group, so the workouts never get stale or repetitive. And working out with others will provide an atmosphere of camaraderie and motivation to push you to the next level. You'll find yourself having loads of fun during the boot camp, and feeling more energized and having more stamina the next day!

Personalized Workouts

Our one-on-one sessions are designed to give you a personalized workout that will help you reach your fitness goals, whether it be to get stronger, lose weight, train for a sport, or just improve your all-around health. After a comprehensive fitness assessment, I will be able to tailor your workout to YOU, helping turn that dream of a six-pack or a toned and trimmed body into reality.

Couples Package

Getting married soon? Have a friend you can train with? Do you and your spouse or partner want a way to work out together without the drudgery of the gym? Then let Barefoot Benny help you spice up your routines with fun exercises you can do together! A couples package still gets you an assessment and personalized workout, along with the fun and motivation that comes with working out with a friend or significant other.

Barefoot/Pose Running Clinic

Do you find running mile after mile boring and tedious? Does running even one mile cause knee and ankle pain? What if I told you running can be extremely fun again, as well as pain-free, and all you had to do was NOT spend $150 on the newest, cushiest sneakers on the market. Sounds pretty good, huh? The monotony and anguish of running can all be eliminated by kicking off those Asics Gel Kayano XVI's and Nike Free's in favor of your bare feet or minimalist shoes like Vibram FiveFingers. The term "pounding the pavement" sounds as much fun as "hitting the books" or "burning the midnight oil." All those expressions sound like hard work to me. I consider running barefoot to be like "dancing on pavement" - it's light, it's a great workout, and it's unbelievably fun!
Come join me for either a private or small group clinic to learn the essentials of barefoot running so you too can enjoy your next 5k, half marathon, or even 26.2 mile full marathon! Group sessions are held once a month and cost $25. Private sessions rates are upon request only.
