From the one on one training to the 'core' moves that we did, I felt it the next few days...this workout really works! Barefoot Benny has a great routine that works legs, abs and arms. One of the most helpful parts was learning the correct form for each exercise. Now I can repeat these on my own even without weights! "I found out about Barefoot Benny through Twitter & I thought it wouldn't hurt to try him out. I've never worked out outside & I certainly was nervous to work out with a guy who recommended working out barefoot in Central Park. Though I decided not to go barefoot & instead chose really low soled shoes, Benny was an amazing trainer. He had me doing core workouts I thought I never could do, like side planks & mountain climbers, all on the Central Park ground! He even got me to enjoy laying down on the Central Park ground, something I never thought I would do. He taught me the benefits of working out "barefoot" & the benefits of running "barefoot," something I look forward to doing with him in the immediate future!"

"I have been to many NYC bootcamps and something about running around without shoes in a park makes the whole experience feel like play rather than work! (Though I did feel the burn the next day) Benny is very upbeat and encouraging and made me feel like a 'regular' after only 1 session.
