You may be wondering, what in the world does barefoot running have to do with Spain? Well, let me explain. I recently received a question about my barefoot running clinics from somebody named Edgar. He said he lives in Barcelona, Spain, but that he'll be in NYC in November and would like a barefoot running lesson. I told him I'd still do it even in the cold weather, and then mentioned to him that I'd be going to Barcelona in a few months. He gave me some restaurant suggestions and told me some cool places to go, and then mentioned that he runs a tour company called Barcelona Segway Glides that specializes in Segway-led tours. He mentioned maybe we could barter services, me getting a free tour of beautiful Barcelona for my beautiful wife and I, and him getting a free barefoot running lesson, both in Spain and then in NYC. How cool is that!
