Monday's QWOD
- 27 squat jumps
- Rest 10 seconds then do 3 max height squat jumps
- 5 jumping pushups (push off the ground really hard so your hands leave the floor...if you can get high enough, clap your hands!)
- 30 jumping lunges (Mary Catherine's)
- 3-way leg extensions with eyes closed - 8 total per leg (forward, side, back = 1 rep)
- Side planks with reach unders - 12 per side
- 1-legged squats (keep that chest up) - 18 per leg...BUT after 15 regular one, push off extra hard when coming up and get off the ground for the last 3 reps (like a 1-legged squat jump)
- Max rep dips with legs raised (switch off leg every 5 reps)
- 1 minute of jumping jacks
