People always talk about Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, but nobody ever talks about July 4th Eve.  Why is that?  Well, today's Quick Workout Of the Day is dedicated to the day of anticipating kickass fireworks, delicious bbq's, and warm weather.

QWOD for Independence Day Eve
  • 15 X-jacks
  • 50 biceps curls with light weights (soup cans, etc.)
  • 1 minute prone is-abs (plank with forearms on ground like railroad tracks, squeezing those glutes)
  • 25 forward kicks per leg
  • 25 back kicks per leg
  • 1 minute prone iso-abs (yes, again!)
  • 5 supermans, 10 second holds each
