QWOD for Independence Day Eve
- 15 X-jacks
- 50 biceps curls with light weights (soup cans, etc.)
- 1 minute prone is-abs (plank with forearms on ground like railroad tracks, squeezing those glutes)
- 25 forward kicks per leg
- 25 back kicks per leg
- 1 minute prone iso-abs (yes, again!)
- 5 supermans, 10 second holds each
