Go as fast as you can, and rest only 30-45 seconds between sets
- 5 wide hand pushups
- 10 dips on the edge of a bed/couch
- 5 narrow hand pushups
- 10 more dips
- Prone iso-abs for 1 minute (remember, arms like railroad tracks)
- 10 one-legged squats per leg
- ***REPEAT TWICE MORE***
