- Run 5 minutes
- Do 20 staggered hand pushups (break it up into mini-sets of 5 if you need to)
- Run 10 minutes
- Do 5 pushups SUPER SLOW (10 seconds down, 10 seconds back up - you WILL feel the burn!)
