- 10 air squats, but hold for 10 seconds at the bottom of each (get real deep, and keep those toes parallel!)
- 5 pushups, but take 5 seconds to SLOWLY lower yourself, and 5 seconds to SLOWLY raise back up
- 5 forward lunges per side, but hold each lunge for 10 seconds
- 10 dips on the edge of your bed/couch, but take 5 seconds to SLOWLY lower down, and 5 seconds to SLOWLY lift back up
- Do 5 opposite hand/opposite foot per side, but hold each one for 5 seconds
